Images to PDF
How to convert Images to PDF without uploading
- Add JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, or HEIC in the order you want the pages.
- Each photo becomes a page. Files stay in this tab.
- One PDF. Close the tab and the working copies are gone.
The originals stay on your device. You download a new file. Close the tab and the working copies are gone from memory.
A PDF that never hits a merge site
The usual “JPG to PDF” site takes the pictures. Fine for a meme. Bad for a passport scan or a kid’s homework.
This tab decodes each file — including iPhone HEIC — and stacks JPEG pages into one document. First drop is page 1.
HEIC only? HEIC to PDF is the same machine with a narrower door, so that search lands cleanly.
Other doors: PDF to JPG · HEIC to PDF · PDF note · all converters · check GPS first.

Images to PDF FAQ
Do the photos get uploaded?
No. Decode and PDF build run in this tab. TrashPandaKit never receives the files.
Which formats work?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, and iPhone HEIC / HEIF. AVIF needs a browser that can paint it.
Can I merge existing PDFs?
Not on this page. This stacks images. A PDF merge tool is a different job.
Can I turn a PDF into pictures?
Yes — the other direction. Use PDF to JPG.
Does this work offline?
Yes, after you have opened this tool once. That tool stays cached on this device. Other tools download when you open them.
